After three years of processing some 6,850 complaints filed by employees claiming psychological harassment, the Quebec Commission des normes du travail found that most of the complaints could have been avoided if employers had instituted preventative measures. The commission will be presenting its findings at a symposium "Psychological harassment or management problems?", which will be available June 18th on the Commission's web site. Also see the website for the report.
